Das kann eigentlich nicht sein, denn auch nach der Änderung von 
TLSProtocol in SSLv23 in TLS.conf und Neustart von proftpd tritt das 
Problem auf einem Linux Client (mit FileZilla) auf. Auch von einem 
anderen Client (Windows mit WinSCP).
